Save precious time and effort by submitting your lease information form online from the comfort of your home or office. The form is $25 and the process for approval takes 24 hours or less. Your submission tells us that you like what you see; so we'll be glad to reserve the apartment you want.

Whether you submit the form online or in person, you will be screened for employment, credit and rental history. If you do not qualify, we can discuss the option of getting a co-signer.

We understand that not everyone's credit is perfect; but there are several financial programs that can help. We believe everyone deserves a warm, safe place to call home!

Click here for a lease agreement form. You may submit it online, or you may print it, fill it out, and fax it, or drop it off at our offices. The deposit required for any Ebner Property apartment is $199.00, non refundable and it must be included with the Lease Agreement Form.
